Partners Eric Bland and Ronnie Richter have a combined 40 years of experience and have tried or arbitrated numerous cases. With offices in both Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina, the firm serves the entire State of South Carolina and beyond.  In addition to its members being admitted to practice law in South Carolina, Mr. Bland is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Florida bars.  Bland Richter is available for association anywhere in the Country where its services may be necessary. Both Mr. Bland and Mr. Richter are members of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This organization has as its members some of  the top trial  lawyers in America and only admits attorneys who have obtained verdicts for their clients which exceed $2,000,000.00.

Eric is a 1985 Magna Cum Laude graduate from University of Tampa. He made the Dean's List every semester and graduated 2nd in his class. He is also a member of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. Eric is also a 1988 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of the class. Eric graduated with honors and was a member of the Wig and Robe Honor's society. After graduation, Eric practiced commercial litigation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with the law firms of Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen and Stradley, Ronon, Stevens and Young.

Ronald L. Richter, Jr.

A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Ronnie graduated from the College of Charleston in 1990, where he was a regular member of the Dean's and President's Lists for academic achievement and was featured in such publications as "The National Dean's List Directory" and "Who's Who Among American College Students". Ronnie continued his outstanding work in academics at the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was also a regular member of the Dean's List and graduated in the top 20% of his class in 1993.
